He is really homeless. It was not masked as altruism. If you watched the whole video, you will see that it was a joke against Balenciaga. I also paid him...You don't know me...One of the things you don't know about me is that I became friends with the homeless guy because he sleeps outside my apartment in Milan...and I've given him 20 euro a week for over a year...And I never told anyone this until now...Didn't your Mommy teach you not to judge people?
Actually, my Mommy taught me not to blindly trust people without thinking critically first.
As a business owner, you have every right to defend your company and should you choose to, provide clarity on topics that people seem unsure about. In that same vein, we as consumers also have the right to question something when clarity is lacking or if something seems suspicious. Speaking for myself only; I appreciate you coming on here to clear the air, I just hope that you can respect this as a safe space for members to share their doubts, which are totally warranted.

I appreciate your response :) It is frustrating that people think it's ok to voice there opinion on public forums when its false and damaging...

Hi! Please tell me your order number so I can look into this...If you are correct, I will gladly refund you for the shipping, thanks!
Thanks for addressing this, however it has been quite some time and I won’t be doing the legwork to dig up the info from past purchases. Also, it is not an issue of being “correct” when I felt I have had bad experiences with your company. Just because I am not willing to research my order numbers for returns from years ago for a small shipping refund does not mean that I am incorrect.

I appreciate your response  It is frustrating that people think it's ok to voice there opinion on public forums when its false and damaging...

First let me say that a person is free to voice their opinion, an opinion is never false as it's their personal OPINION based on their firsthand experience.

It's good you posted here, it shows you care about your business, always a good thing but...
Your posts seem a tad defensive rather than reassuring to other potential buyers. I'm a neutral party as I've never purchased from your company nor had I even heard of it before this thread.
You, yourself, posted your company earned nearly 20 million last year so the few complaints posted here couldn't have damaged your business very much if at all.

This thread was started back in 2015 so perhaps the issues that some experienced have been addressed. You admitted some issues of questionable authenticity and that you changed your business model to correct it.. You get credit for that.
You care about your business & it's reputation, that's admirable, perhaps just be a little more reassuring & less defensive to potential customers. It goes a long way toward earning trust from first time buyers.

CHEERS

Yes, and the my homeless friend was in on the joke...We did the joke together. I didn't know homeless people are not aloud to make jokes...Next time, I'll tell him that mrsinsyder only says its ok for non-homeless people to make jokes...
IMO, homelessness isn't a joke and to make jokes about homelessness is distasteful. The fact that you paid the homeless person to be part of the joke doesn't speak well for you, IMO.

@Jonathan Chesner

Since you're so adamant about defending your business and reputation, may I ask why you'd have private Whois info? Are you not proud to be the owner of your website?

It was 1.5 years ago that your name came up as the seller for shoes authentications and I commented that I've never known reputable companies to use anonymous registration to hide their identity.

None of his replies are doing what he thinks they’re doing…

These business owners who act like Amy’s Baking Company tell me to stay far, far away from doing business with them.

Redacted by me. The owner is now doxxing people on Instagram who tried selling their purchase from him to TRR and we’e told they were fake.

I hope no one ever shops with this dude! Imagine having a problem with your purchase and getting doxxed in return.

Shining example of professionalism. aaSuspicious_DXD5FP.gif /Sarcasm.

Proves that money doesn't buy common sense, class or morals..

I’ve followed this account on Instagram after being tagged in one of their big giveaways (which seem scammy, but I digress). They sell current season Prada, Celine, etc.

A few times, I’ve almost purchased from them as they have current season pieces at deep discounts, but I always hesitate because it seems too good to be true. Their BBB page has a lot of complaints, but most aren’t recent. I can’t figure out how a brand is selling hot items well under retail price while still seemingly making enough income to give $35,000 prizes away every few weeks.

Has anyone purchased from them and had a positive experience? Are the items authentic?
There are a pair of new season GG Shorts I'm interested in and am wavering, so here I am seeking others expertise and advise.
