I just received an order from Amuze- my second order in about three months. I would like to say that the buyer needs to beware when shopping here as the quality control at Amuze gets overlooked. I am guessing this is because their inventory is purchased from another party, who wants to get rid of merchandise, and no Amuze buyer inspects what they are buying. My most recent purchase is a pair of Tory Burch shoes. The reason TB couldn't sell them is that the name logo on the back of each shoe has a problem. The right shoe has the full name logo placed upside down while the other is OK and it is very noticeable! Just my luck that Amuze is sold out of this shoe. If I want a refund I need to pay for the return shipping as well as the shipping I paid for to receive them. Not a fair way to operate in my opinion. I have had much better service when purchasing on Ebay! BTW- my first order on Amuze was missing part of the bag which never came and I was offered a refund but needed to pay for return shipping too. Two strikes and they are out!

My first (and last) order from them included a bag that was a completely different leather than described, and a pair of sunglasses that were scratched and had caked -on makeup on the nose area. Eww Yuck! I called them and nicely explained that I needed to return the order, and since it was no fault of my own, could they please issue an RMA and shipping label? The CS rep denied that the sunglasses could have possibly been in that condition, but I was firm & polite and they did give me the label and a full refund including shipping. So maybe try calling?

Hello! Has anyone bought any bags from the website Amuze? I had read on here in a different thread they were reputable. My friend just last week bought a Prada bag from them it looks real to her and it did come with a certificate of authenticity but now she is concerned because some of the inside stiching seems a little loose on one spot only. I may end up posting pictures on the authenticate thread but wanted to know everyone's opinions on Amuze. Thanks!!!

I see nothing on the site which makes me think their Prada is authentic. They are not an authorized reseller of Prada so I expect to see nothing but fakes. Just like most other similar sites.

Everything my gf has bought from them was good. Same with myself.

Shipping is slow in my experience though and once my gf got a pair of used shoes (fully scuffed soles) and they refused to pay return shipping.

Mods, I have no clue where this thread should go so I’ll leave it up to you. It started with Balenciaga so I started here.

I bought a new Metallic Edge City Bal from Amuze. I posted a photo here and somebody told me it was fake. I was shocked, so posted photos in the Authenticate section. PeaceBabe said it was a replica. I didn’t stop there, I paid a professional authenticator to determine whether my bag was fake.

It was. The font was wrong, hardware, serial number, and other things. I wrote about my experience on Trustpilot. I was not angry or mean, I just said that I’d gotten the bag authenticated and that it was fake. In fact, I’d complimented the company on a previous good experience and said that it might be an error. I went out of my way to be fair, and honest.

Fortunately, Amuze refunded me (although they wanted to take a few weeks, which was a big no-they managed to charge me instantly). But I got my money back. And I found a similar bag on Nordstrom. So despite the fact that I have somewhat of an Internet audience, I let it be. This was months ago.

Today, I got an email from TrustPilot, asking me to take the review down or change it, as Amuze had complained. The words “fake bag” were a problem, and they even threatened me by subtly Implying it was illegal. (In the review I said it was what my authenticator said, I didn’t make it up. Nothing illegal about it).

So I could put the emails in this here, but it’s getting long. Suffice it to say, I said no. Had they asked me to write I’d resolved it, I would have, but that’s not what they asked for. But clearly not only is Amuze untrustworthy, TrustPilot has no interest in an honest review. So if you are using them to decide whether you get quality service and product-don’t.

I’ve decided that the only place to get new luxury is to pay full price and buy in a boutique. It’s sad but unless you buy from somebody you know, there is a good chance you are getting ripped off. And sadly, you cannot even trust the places that are there to help you decide.

These websites like Amuze should have to disclose their supply chain. They get away with too much, and now review sites are on their side.

I’ve followed this account on Instagram after being tagged in one of their big giveaways (which seem scammy, but I digress). They sell current season Prada, Celine, etc.

A few times, I’ve almost purchased from them as they have current season pieces at deep discounts, but I always hesitate because it seems too good to be true. Their BBB page has a lot of complaints, but most aren’t recent. I can’t figure out how a brand is selling hot items well under retail price while still seemingly making enough income to give $35,000 prizes away every few weeks.

Has anyone purchased from them and had a positive experience? Are the items authentic?
