Has anyone seen these necklaces IRL?

Have you seen them in person? Which one do you prefer slighlty?

I kinda prefer the look of the platinum. It doesnt look grey if u wear it on its own or with wg. Unless u put it next to silver cos newly polished silver looks so white.

The rg is pretty too but i feel the plat looks classier. Just my personal opinion though.

Not to further add to ur delimma or anything but the guarden flower one is absolutely stunning too : ). I finally saw the full diamond necklace in plat a few weeks ago n it is just breath taking. So is the pendant version!! :)

Can you send me a link to the necklace?

As for platinum vs rose gold, I like platinum because of its durability and the fact that allergic reactions to it are extremely rare.

Rose gold is beautiful because there is some contrast, if you know what I mean. It looks so romantic, feminine...

I've seen both, I prefer the platinum. the RG is beautiful but I like the weight of the platinum and it lets the diamonds take the spotlight

Does the necklace sparkle more in platinum than in RG? I actually like the romantic look of the RG but platinum also looks very attractive...

no it doesn't sparkle more or less in either metal, rose gold has a pinky tone which gives the diamonds a pink tone. platinum lets the diamonds take the spotlight and doesn't interfere with the colour of the diamond.

I think it's purely personal preference. I like some rose gold on me but if I have the option I go with platinum because it's 95% pure and I just feel that i'm getting more value then 75% pure gold (18k)....it's just my weird way of thinking i'm getting more for my money!

the platinum necklace also feels heavier then the 18k gold

Thanks Candice!

I wonder whether the butterfly looks more like this or like this:

On Tiffany's site the necklace (and the platinum) looks much brighter!

Also, have you noticed that platinum necklaces develop a greyish patina over time?

Thanks Candice!

no my platinum pieces (dbty and diamond bow necklace) are still the same colour as when I bought them, I think you'll only see coolour change on rings and I don't even think its a colour change its just scratches from wear which dulls the metal. my bracelet and necklace are exactly the same as the day I bought them!

I just wonder why the necklace displayed on yoogi's website looks much darker than that on Tiffany's.

Maybe it's the way they photograph it?
