^^ yep! there is a Ruehl store in the mall near my house... it is owned by the same company that ownes Abercrombie and Hollister.

Thanks for the info ami kio! Do you recall anything about the quality of these bags? Is there a brand to which you would compare them? I really like some of the styles and am tempted to buy one.

I have... I liked them but wasn't as in love with them as I was when I first saw them online... They are very similar to Lucky Brand bags but a lot more expensive... JMO... :flowers:

The leather and design seemed very much like Lucky Brand bags... The leather might be a bit nicer but the bags were so similar to LB to me that I couldn't get over the price... That being said... I really like Lucky Brand bags but they are a really good value for the $ IMO...

^^ I saw that! That's where I was thinking of checking them out--thanks again for the info--I like LB bags too, I don't have any but the styles really catch my eye and the leather looks nice.

Sorry, but the last time that I went to Ruehl, it was pre-tPF for me -- my bag pickiness was at a much lower level! At that time, I couldn't imagine spending more than $200 on a bag. :p

The bag styles were also quite different then (more structured, IIRC), so I really can't comment on the ones that you're eyeing online. :shrugs: I won't be near a Ruehl until the 18th, but I'll try to take a look then & report back.

Woodfield again??? Posky....I like these purses a lot myself. Nice price and I noticed 2 weeks ago they are opening one up in the Mall of america. I love the same bag by the way....GREAT PRICE!

Heh, that's so funny you say that,as soon as I started browsing throughout the site I thought "Wow, this reminds me of Abercrombie & Fitch"
