Has anyone purchased from Fashionette?

I am in the UK. I have bought from Fashionette a couple of times without any problems. The last time was only a few weeks ago. Unfortunately the bag wasn't for me and so I returned it. Easy returns and the refund was processed very quickly. I tend to judge a company by how good they are when needing to return anything. I personally would recommend them.

It is a legit German shop. They work very efficiently here and they have great discounts. But I don't know if that is also the case when shopping from abroad.

Being in the US, I never knew about Fashionette, just looked at them and yeah,. it does seem that they have fairly good discounts on their items. However, NO FREAKIN' way would I ever give out any personal sensitive data! Whenever I'm asked about that type of info, I say "only if you can 100% guarantee that you systems would not get hacked such that the hackers now have my information". Well, of course, they can never say that because .. sadly IMO, most of the web shops do not secure their data as they should. As such. I just won't buy from somewhere I have to get that data (didn't realize that Italy had the same thing)!

Nice to hear that they are legit. I ordered my givenchy pandora thru a seller who is based in UK. And she ordered it in Fashionette because there was a tag on the bag. I checked Fashionette if they really sell authentic bags just to be sure. Anyway, the seller is legit too but I just want to double check. So happy to see your comment that they are legit. Thank you!

I must say that since I started the thread I've bought Miu Miu, Chloe, Anya Hindmarch and Coach from them and I've been thrilled with their returns service. Genuine 100% authentic items and will continue to buy from them. I often find very attractive one-off discounts from them but I have a feeling their discounts are personalised - so a discount applied to me might not be available to other shoppers and vice versa.
I think more and more online sites work like this - has anyone else experienced this?

hi there, good to hear that, as i was thinking of buying Lauren Ralph Lauren handbags from them but am in US, so i was wondering were they good or not and do they ship outside UK or not also if they ship to US is there duties or customs fees, are all products authentic and come well packed?

I can't tell you if they ship to the US as I'm in England!
RE the authenticity - i've never had any issue with them and everything I've bought has been 100% authentic. Packaging is pretty and also very functional. I'm impressed and I shop at Matches, NAP etc so compared to these stores they are on a par.

Yes, they are legit, they are a German shop. I have recently moved from Amsterdam to NYC and starting myself to get acquainted with shops from the US I had never heard about and don’t know if they are real or not. One thing that does annoy me is that taxes are mostly applied at the last steps of check out which is so annoying bc apparently it depends on what state you live in. In Europe the price you see is what the item costs. No “hidden” costs. Sorry, a bit off topic maybe

Hi, ive just bought the Marc Jacobs Large Tote Bag in Leather from this company and with an intro code it was between £150-£200 cheaper than anywhere else. I know I should have come on here first, but did do some quick checks, checked returns policy plus paid with PayPal for what it’s worth, their items are legitimate? You see I bought a large Mulberry Tote from the Typography Collection wasn’t sure but had already eyed the Marc Jacobs tote. Hence rushing in. On that note, if this is the right place, as well as assuring me Fashionette are . What’s peoples opinion…..Mulberry or Marc? Cant find any info or reviews on the Mulberry range. But it’s scotchgrain which I like as hardy. Whereas the MJ bag seems much beloved. Any thoughts would be helpful thank you.
