I went down to the Coach store to order my Bridgit and they couldn't find it in their system. So, I ran up to the Apple store and got on the Web and looked up TPF and found the number, then ran back to Coach with it! They found it and I was able to order it on the spot and got my 25% off (of course that just puts in back at the Mainland regular price since I'm in Hawaii)! Can't wait! I got it in black. They didn't have a photo in the computer only a sketch. Will post photos as soon as I get it if no one else has by then.

that's hilarious! Were you at Ala Moana??

I do that all the time when I'm at the mall and I forget something I want to get. I often find myself running to the apple store to check it out.

There was a sweater I wanted from AE and I could have sworn it was cheaper online than at the store so sure enough I ran down to Apple to check it out.

I went to my Coach store today. They had the Bridget in black. It is a beautiful bag, but SO heavy. They told me it only comes in black and platinum. If they had made that bag in a lighter leather or without the heavy chain strap:tdown:, I would have bought it.

it comes in more colors than black and platinum. I'm guessing at that store soemone ordered it, didn't like it, so they returned it. It can't be that heavy for a small bag. We'll see I guess.

UPDATE! FedEx picked it up from Jax at 8:04 last night, so it's on it's way! I'll probably have it Monday since it will stop probably at the hub in Memphis. Maybe tomorrow if I'm lucky.

I am so excited for you (and for myself, too - LOL!). I have a very strong feeling that this bag is going to look much better IRL than in the photos!! :girlsigh:

I wonder how this bag would be heavy if its a smaller handbag?Maybe the hardwear? Also do guys think this is a legacy handbag with leagacy lining
since it has hardwear like the lily?Please post when you get her. I would love a cute small handbag and I love the details and chain strap!

Yes, Spacytracy, I was at Ala Moana! Too bad I'm not more Mac literate, cause it took me forever just to figure out how to get on the internet!

I was thinking the bag might be kind of heavy due to the hardware on it. I didn't realize the strap was a chain. Sounds like that other little bag they had that had the whipstitching and a chain strap - it weighed a ton! Now I'm all bummed!

I should never have opened this thread...you all are such ENABLERS! I'm heading to the boutique tomorrow with very little willpower, but I promised my SA I'd model my Miranda (the one that I returned because it came from another boutique rather than JAX).

This will be rough.

A CHAIN STRAP????????????? :drool::drool::drool::drool: YIKES!! THAT IS EVEN MORE ENTICING...BUT I'M A BIT BUMMED ABOUT IT BEING HEAVY. SURELY IT WON'T BE AS HEAVY AS THE LEIGH. I COULDN'T WEAR THAT ONE, AS MUCH AS I WANTED TO...ARE THE MEASUREMENTS SMALLER THAN THAT?

The bag is only 11" long, so it's definitely smaller than the Leigh. I thought the Leigh was kind of heavy too.

I got an email today from JAX that my Bridgit should be here on Monday, so I'll post photos and comments then!
