oki so you know how the girls on here often joke about being banned or not purchasing for a month and so on and so forth.... well apparently you can be banned by coach from purchasing talk about nightmare i was a fp today and the lady was purchasing a woven sage just as she was abt to check the SA gave her a letter and said she was not allowed to sell to to her anymore what in the world is that about ??? can you really be limited to the items you purchase? isnt this against everything supply and demand stands for anyways plse let me know if yall have heard or seen this happen before ?? this is completly beyond me??

and I'm one of those oh-so-lucky ones who got 'the letter' last year, and it was also handed to me by the manager on duty, while I was up at the cash register at my local outlet to pay.....It's quite embarrassing, let me tell you. At that time (here on TPF when I posted about it) I questioned why they don't hand it to you when you walk in the door, why do they wait till you go up to pay is beyond me! I was a frequent customer (but NOT a reseller) and several of the SAs knew me by name, although I didn't realize the manager knew my name, but she obviously did because she handed it right to me, it wasn't like the SA asked me my name, saw something flagged about me in their system and then called the manager over or anything.

she basically said "what do you mean?" the SA said "it was explained in the letter and i cannot sell to you and if you hav any questions call the number below"

I wouldn't buy from Coach if I received such a rude letter. THere are so many other designers out there that LOVE when you buy many of their products.

Stupidity at it's finest.....hey lady.....here's a coupon......but you CAN'T use it.......and we'll humiliate you in front of other customers in the store......because you spend too much money here........

lol as much as i lov coach if i recieved a letter lik tht i wouldnt ever go bk
