You hear that a lot about pedophilia too, that it was often done to them first. It’s so sad and disturbing and I don’t know what the answer is.

I've heard that often abused kids want to please the abusive parent. this apparently was the case with the weinsteins. their mother was horrible when they were kids and then when they grew up and became successful, they treated her like royalty. she held court in their office, was beloved by the staff, etc.

He has his appeal on the NY conviction coming up soon. His brief has been filed and the prosecution’s brief is due on March 1. Should be an interesting one, though even if he wins the NY appeal, he still has his LA sentence. I’d be surprised if he can serve his entire 16 years in LA, much less the 29 year total (assuming he loses his NY appeal.

I feel sorry for his two younger kids - it must be hard hearing these things about your father and having him in prison for so long. That said, him I don’t feel sorry for for even a single instant.

Not long enough but long enough to ensure that he'll never be free again. I agree with SDkitty he probably won't live past a few years. He still has hope in his mind by filing for appeals. Once he accepts his fate he won't have much will to live.

he appears to be in very poor health....add to that living in prison, I think he's done

Wishful thinking.
He still has quite a bit of wealth and can get whatever he needs in prison.
Plus, he has children unlike Epstein.
Does he have a terminal disease?

no terminal disease that I know of...he is frail, using a walker, diabetic and life as he has known it is over....I think living in prison would be worse for him than dying

In the bio did you get the sense that he was a devoted father and do his children visit him?

As far as the walker , bologney he walked pretty good prior to the trial j/s
He does look like a sad sack lately.

I honestly don't recall much about him as a father. IDK if he's exaggerating with the walker but he does look frail and unhealthy to me
R. Kelly (similar case but probably worse) is being allowed to serve his sentences concurrently - expected to possibly get out of prison at age 80. Hopefully at that age he won't pose a danger.

That viagra let those rapists pervs terrorize victims till the end.
Plus, R Kelly has a really compelling life story, he will come out as a preacher, mark my word and abuse all over again.
I don’t believe that Weinstein was able to perform conventionally, he was a different type of pervs.
His ex wife bounced back nicely with Adrien Brody.
