maybe they do have a good relationship and she didn't mind the gum thing. but I read where she said she had a happy marriage with weinstein and I find that hard to believe...a beautiful young woman and a fat older predatory husband - doesn't spell real love to me. but harvey did a lot for her career - getting big stars to wear her designs - transactional IMO

I read several articles mentioning that after the jury reached a verdict on the first charge things started to get contentious in the jury room and several jurors complained to the judge that there was a group of jurors bullying and threatening the rest. The judge still sent them back to try to reach a verdict on the 3rd charge which they were deadlocked on. If the jury room had gotten so toxic that physical threats were being issued between jurors, the judge probably wasn’t surprised that at least one juror refused to return to deliberations. I’m sure that judge has seen all sorts of crazy things happen in trials he’s presided over.
