When I received mine, the handles were up, but the leather on the front looked puckered. Almost like there was too much leather, and it wasn't pulled taut when it got stitched. So I took it to my store to swap it out. One of the ones she pulled from the back had the smiley face indentation and I asked her about it. She figured it was a packing error and it was causing several of the bags to go back because if the indentation.

So do I-it is cooking in my car right now!

I just cannot understand why they would have done this to these nice bags.
