Good news! I sent in the necklace to be extended on New Year's Eve, and I got the call from my SA yesterday that it's now ready for collection! I'm really impressed that they got it done in 18 days. I'm probably heading down to pick it up this weekend. Can't to finally have my forever piece back with me! Funny, it feels like a new purchase all over again. :)

I picked up the pendant last weekend! The manager was nice enough to give me a complimentary extension of 10cm instead of just 5cm, and packed it all up like it was a new purchase! I’m sure he put some pressure on the workshop as I wasn’t expecting to get it done within 18 days.

A friend was told that the hammered yellow and rose gold will be available for special order in the future. I know they are still working through regular pre-orders placed several months ago before they stopped taking orders, my set included. Hopefully they do. I would have ordered one additional piece if I had realized they might discontinue hammered gold.

I just got one in New Zealand but my SA advise that this is the only hammered gold bracelet arrived for this shipment and it’s the first one they received in few months. They are also not accepting any deposit or order for this piece in NZ.
