Hello. Personnally didn’t have to pay on my first year after buying the earrings. But I always tell myself I am prepared to pay 200$ in case, because I prefer to solder very expensive earrings (3 motif magic …) or the pairs I got with moving post. One pair I got even had the posts that broke after 3 times I weared them and I asked to repair + solder. They never asked me to pay luckily until now …
I believe it is free during the first year. After that, you generally pay. The reason they don't solder them in the first place is so the customer can decide on the short posts or longer posts and a higher or lower position of the post. I personally feel that posts should always be soldered, but VCA fortunately allows the customization for each person's preference.
@purseluv RG 5 motif bracelets have been turning up a bit more. I got mine and have seen a few others here. I think RG has become a touch more available, but not sure about YG.

I would just wait for when the YG pops up if that is what you prefer. I also think it may vary store to store with inventory. I got my YG bracelet within a month this spring but was also told it was unlikely that I would get the RG bracelet within the year.
Now I feel like I need the bracelet hehe

Nope, last time I checked w/ my SA they said for the 10-motif several months to a year? But the earrings and 5-motif would be a year and a half maybe even over two...they're all on my wishlist. I know my boutique is quite competitive so it's just the waiting game now.
I've heard that some people have just gotten lucky with shipments/timing/clients turning it down. I've now inquired in a couple Italy, France, and Japan boutiques when I've been traveling the past few months with only the Rome boutique having the YG pendent necklace that day. So...hammered pieces still hard to come by sadly.
