I placed an order earlier this month for the 1 motif hammered RG sweet bracelet. Was initially told a 3-6 months wait but my SA texted me today and it has arrived! Very excited and surprised how quickly it came.
Has anyone got the 5 motif vintage and the sweet for side by side comparison? I can’t decide if I should go for the hammered YG or guilloche YG bracelet. :)

Are they still taking orders for 5 motif bracelets? I was told not…

Need advice on some conflicting info I've received from VCA. I preordered a hammered gold bracelet from the BH store back in March 2024. I've been patiently waiting but today I received some concerning info. I walked into a Vegas store and a very kind SA helped me look up my account and she informed me that she sees payment in the account but it's not associated with any product and usually with preorders there would be a separate order confirmation containing the items detail.


She also told me that for this particular bracelet the preorder has been closed since Nov 2023 so she's suspecting that the BH SA messed up and that I'm not on any waitlist so pretty much I've wasted my time. And they're holding my money for nothing.

For those of you who have preordered- was there a separate confirmation with item detail? Is there a difference between waitlist and preorders? ( I have fully paid for the bravelet) And has anyone had experience complaining to store directors?

Hello I am in exactly same position (RG hammered bracelet) but I ordered from my VCA boutique and deposit was 30% that they still detain. I am in reality only on the wishlist and not on the preorder as in reality preorder were closed long before that I ordered (January 2024). They must have made a few errors because nowadays I always receive my preorder copy but before May 2024 I never received such details. So I had to trust my SA, but I am not angry as errors can happen and the preorder were closed. Would be really angry if the preorder were open at that time and they didn't do the order on time ... I still have to ask them what is the deposit use. If I get the price before 6/2024 it is still useful to let my deposit. But I didn't clarify with my SA so if you get informations about that please tell me :wave:

I was able to purchase a pair of sweet hammered RG earrings online this week by chance. It was available for only a few hours. The vintage hammered pendant was also available to order at that time as well.
My SA told me that currently they could not place orders for the vintage size hammered earrings or 5 motif bracelet.

I don’t have any information for you, but just want to validate your feelings because if this happened to me, I would be SO PISSED!!! I am really sorry this happened. Ugh! I hope you are able to use that money to bring home something you love! They must have some serious accounting issues if they just sat on your deposit and it wasn’t even assigned to anything. That makes me so angry. Wishing you a swift resolution!

May I ask where you are located? I am waiting for my RG sweet bracelet and would love the sweet earrings to go with it!

I would text your BH SA. I put down deposit with same location and eventually got my hammered items after 9-10 months, so have faith! But would text your SA to confirm

I have always received a hard copy receipt showing my prepayment listed as a “deposit” and the item ordered (description and VCA item number) when ordering. I throw these deposit receipts out when the item arrives and I receive an updated receipt with the specific serial number or I would dm you a copy of one of mine. I’ll double check to see if I still have any around that I could send you.

I would be upset if this had happened to me. I would reach out to your SA to clarify what has happened and use another boutique going forward if they never placed the order.
