I didn't win the hamilton black n/s with ghw on ebay :(

If anyone else sees it on ebay or any other website that ships to Canada, please let me know! I am pretty obsessed and when I first saw the hamilton with silver, I though to myself it would look so much better with gold. And it now MK's released it with gold, so I have to have it now...:nuts:

I tried calling them but I couldn't get a hold of them..:tdown:. I'm pretty sure they don't do phone orders though...even macys.com doesn't ship outside of the US for phone orders.

I tried contacting the seller on ebay that sold the last N/S Hamilton with ghw..and he offered to sell it to me off of ebay? I think that's a bit sketchy...on his ebay listing it was listed as 289.99 US with 15$ shipping via USPS. That would've been such a good deal! And I'm really looking for a brand new one...oh wells..I'll keep looking. Thanks for the suggestions though!

Don't do it off ebay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go read some of the posts in the ebay subforum and that should scare you off doing that.

Do you have any Michael Kors stores in your area or Holt Renfrew? Or are you close enough to drive across the border? I am in Canada too, and I feel your pain about trying to find MK stuff at a decent price. Pretty much given up TBH and just buy the dang stuff full price in the store for the most part. I'm not terribly comfortable with ebay. I do it occasionally, but it's not my first choice, and won't buy anything more than about $150 on there.

I do have a MK store and a small Holt Renfrew in my area but the selection is pretty small & limited. Plus I feel SO guilty whenever I buy something full price...I should probably suck it up but ya...can't justify it right now! And I haven't found any hamilton's in my area that have black with gold hardware. I wish there was a thread that had willing Americans who would be willing to help a Canadian out. LOL.

And ya, I checked out the ebay forum and there were so many horror stories..the guy from ebay never got back to me. It sounded so sketchy...I'll just wait it out and see what happens.

Do you like Coach at all? Ya gotta love Coach for being on par with Canada which is why I buy more Coach than MK. I love them both, I slightly give the edge to MK though.

I like Coach but not to the same extent as MK. Haven't liked some of the stuff from Coach in a while...don't like any of their printed stuff but their leather purses can be nice. The last Coach purse that I ever obsessed over was the Madison Sabrina..and the Kristin satchel isn't bad either.

I generally like MK more...the Hamilton's SO cute. It looks like a really good work bag and at first I was more into the Tory Burch Holland but the Hamilton is a lot more affordable. I've only just started getting into purses...I have phases of obsessing over things...it was makeup and now it's scarves and purses!

It's amazing how many of us seem to start out with obsessing over makeup and moving into bags. I did the same - was completely obsessed with MAC - my DH used to laugh at the song "you can buy all the makeup that MAC can make" because I pretty much did - until I actually got sick of it. How many shades of plum eyeshadow can you have? :p

I really hope you get your Hamilton. If you see a listing on ebay you could always post it here and we can check to see if it's OK. While I haven't bought a ton on ebay I'm pretty good at spotting the bad sellers.
