Okay now I am absolutely astounded with their customer service - I called Zappos last night around 7 pm and the new bag is being delivered today already. What a magical place!
You are going to be thrilled!!!! Can't wait to see this one... I just know it will be perfect!!!
I hope she doesn't mind if I answer... But yes! She talked with CS on the phone last night and they were just as upset about how the bag came to her as she was... they replaced the bag and signed her up for VIP and also gave her a coupon when she told them that the bag was her Birthday gift... plus the ensured her that the new bag would be inspected thoroughly before being shipped this time to make sure that the bag was in perfect condition and that it would also be packaged properly ... So I can't wait to see the new one today I just know she will be more then happy with it....
and fieldsinspring... didn't you also get a Dark Dune Hamilton and they gave it to you for the sale price??? I'm sure I read that yesterday... will you be getting yours today???

I'm pretty frustrated.. Beautiful bag, and the handles have been so smushed they are short and fat :/ hope they will stretch out? Also a small "raised" part of the saffiano...
I don't think the handles look bad that way, and they will probably stretch from being used. The raised part sucks but at least its really tiny. Doesn't seem incredibly noticeable from the pictures.
Mine looks great. It was at least stuffed with paper and still had the tags on. I guess I was spoiled with the one from Belk... That one had every inch wrapped, it was almost comical. But this one arrived okay so I am a happy camper
