Ok so... I'm a little disappointed with my dark dune bag! I could tell by the size of the box from Zappos that the bag was going to be smooshed in there, and it was. No stuffing or anything... So the bag is kind of wrinkled. I feel like it will be like that forever! You can even see it in the pictures... What do you guys think?

Wow. I would be upset. They have done this to me before-- beautiful bag but I can definitely see the wrinkles. :/
I can't decide what to do because I'm sure they don't have any more of them so if I decide to return it, that's it, I miss out. I think it might have been a return to begin with because I noticed the tag was in the box but not attached. I can't believe they didn't stuff it or anything before they shipped it. Sigh.
MAN!!! I can't believe that!!! Mine was wrapped and paper was stuffed in and around and on top of my Hamiltons... I would give them a call and see what could be worked out... They are great to work with ... I would tell them the situation and even show them the pictures ... The bag is beautiful but I would totally be upset if it turned out all wrinkled ....
I called them and the woman on the phone seemed just as devastated as I was LOL... She is sending me a new one and assured me that it would be inspected before it was sent out and she signed me up for Zappos VIP, idk if that's anything cool or not. She also gave me a coupon seeing that it was birthday present and felt bad. You guys weren't exaggerating about them having great service.

YAAAAAY!!!!!! Yeah their CS is Awesome!!! That's the one thing about well known companies that sell a lot of items ... They are times things like this do happen but what really stills makes the company great is they will go above and beyond to make it right!!! Zappos VIP is pretty cool... Always shop from VIP.zappos.com or when you sign in from your mobile app a little VIP icon will come up on the bottom letting you know you are on the correct site... You collect VIP points that can be used toward Zappos items in the VIP point shopping section ... And also from that point on you will always receive free overnight shipping .. Plus I believe they are even a VIP sale section ( I'm thinking anyways ) .... This makes me super excited to see your "NEW" Hamilton... And a coupon on top of that... Can't wait for you to get the new bag and I know it will be MORE THAN perfect!!
The good news is they allow returns for up to a year if not used. I would call them- they may give you a bigger discount, a coupon, etc. also letting them know and you can see if it comes out- If not you can return it if you want.
