Hell no! If only the listing said Hermes bootleg, then.... Ehhhhh... Probably against Etsy terms, possibly not illegal? But the scarf SAYS Hermes! That’s straight up counterfeit and completely illegal.

I'm hardly ever on there, but looked at this. It is interesting that checking/marking it counterfeit/knockoff is not offered in the Report Item system.

I like the reference to Marquis de Lafayette...I love this scarf - hate that fakers have found it.

I reported it, but it's such a bad fake and a 1 feedback seller, I cannot imagine it sells.
