OMG, I think eBay has rules against this kind of thing. I don't usually catch this type of scam, but it's wrong just as selling fakes is wrong.

Reported this--excessive shipping is listed as one of the things to report. I hope it was just a typo, but if not, the seller needs to be reminded. Good catch, nycshopa.

Maybe I'm being naive, but wonder if this is an honest mistake? The seller indicates that the starting bidding price is 191 dollars, but the bidding now is 0.99. (I know the numbers still don't make sense.) The feedback comments, though just 24, look good also. I would simply contact the seller first to clarify if I were interested.
