This is horrible and obviously came from a store. The SA must hate their job to package this poor bag like that. I would send this pic to customer service. I've never had Bloomingdales package a bag like that. Plus, they have excellent customer service. You must be so disappointed. I'm sorry........ 
I know!! Weird thing is it shows from the warehouse, I ordered 3 bags and the other 2 weren't packed great but nothing like this!! I couldn't believe it. So sad because I got it on a great deal too!!

Unbelievable. Email those pictures. You should be compensated for this in some way...maybe an additional discount or gift card. This is truly a terrible packing job. They've ruined your bag!
Lol. I've never ordered from Bon-Ton but I don't know if I ever will if they ship like this.....
Terrible. I thought my Miranda came packed horribly, but I think this is worse than mine. Mine was totally squished but at least it was in the dust bag.
That's how a Macys SA packed my electric blue selma a few weeks ago!! It was sideways and smashed flat! I was so peeved, I didn't take pics, just threw it in the box and returned it ASAP. When my SA took it out of the box it would not even stand up. It looked stomped on. It came from a cincinnati store. The box was so small I thought the package was for my hubby or daughter when it arrived LOL! I am so sorry and feel for you. Can you return it?? Online ordering nowadays sucks!
I actually couldn't believe what I was looking at!! It was like someone was throwing it in the bin. Unbelievable.
Oh, my heavens!! This is totally unacceptable! That poor bag! Did you take pictures & send them to customer service? I've never ordered from Bon-Ton so I don't know what their customer service is like. From the looks of this, I don't think I ever will. This is one of the worst packing jobs I've ever seen. I hope you'll be able to return it & get a replacement.
