Hello,

Anyone has any update on getting a Birkin/Kelly from Hermes Jakarta? What would be the minimum amount we need to spend before we can get offered a B/K?

Do we also need to spend a certain amount to be offered a Constance?

Hello, I’m planning to go to the H store for the first time and start small like buying the Kelly double tour or any of the costume jewelries.

So between the stores in Pacific Place and Plaza Indo, which one has the better (or bigger) accessories collection?
Is it OK to just walk-in or is it necessary to have an appointment? (you know, bcs of the pandemic)

Very excited but nervous, too ;) Thank you.

Hi all just want to share my experience in H store in Jakarta, specifically H store in Hyatt Plaza Indonesia. My SA is really nice and helpful, although I’m her new client. When I asked her about B quota, she just explained to me nicely. Right now, I’m still building my profile there to be in the waiting list of B or K. She said due to pandemic, the waiting list would be +- 2 years .

Hey everyone. I just started my journey in H store Pacific Place. Was very nervous at first but my SA was wonderful. Ended up getting a lovely clic clac PM noir and planning on coming back soon to browse through the twillies. Perhaps snag a belt too, if I spot any I like.

I asked a bit about bags and the answer I got was a bit short, so I didn't dare to ask the dreaded b/k/c question just yet :sweatdrop: Maybe next time.

which bag did you ask? If it’s a popular item, it might be a longer wait

I asked generally, something along the lines of "What bags do you have?" while implying that I don't mind waiting. But I got the standard 'only what's on display are available' response, which I took to mean that I either still need to build my profile or try again next time.

In retrospect I should have been more specific, but I was just so nervous since it was my first time

I’m sure they had more items in the back. Next time you return, be specific with your bag inquiry and see their response.

I don’t think it’s as bad as 2 years.. So far 1 of my friends got her K25 in less than a month but she might be a VIP.
Another friend was new to H but somehow she managed to get her K25 about 2-3 months after she met her pre spend. Another friend is still waiting for her B. She’s been waiting for 7months but no news yet.

anyone knows if we are allowed to switch SA?
