H at Bluefly.com

Eeh... My experience with Bluefly and Hermes is not a good one. Honestly, the discounts aren't that great (10% for a 4 season old pair of shoes) isn't good enough.

Plus, they often don't package their items well, so it's kind of iffy.

I wouldn't expect them to have that exact bag. They often use things like that as gimmicks to get people to the site.

I was never too impressed with bluefly.

(might have to check it out just in case, though).

I usually don't shop for Hermes since LV is my current lover... but I just got this email. I also posted in deals and steals bluefly section. I'm not sure if bluefly carries H purses, but if they do, thought you ladies would like to know!

Bluefly will not sell fakes. They carry authentic Hermes products. One time they sold travel Birkins. They were sold out even before I could go to check out the site.

Actually, there have been instances where bluefly has sold fakes in the past. There was a bunch of drama with fake Balenciaga bags being sold.

I purchased an Hermes watch from Bluefly.com almost 2 years ago that was fake. My local boutique confirmed it. It was very lightweight, obviously poor quality and it wasn't even running. (It was the H-hour style in stainless.) I returned it and was credited back the money several weeks later. But other items I've purchased (Gucci and Prada) has been authentic.

Just everyone, please make sure you know what you are buying or can authenticate it locally as quickly as you receive it.
