Ouch.. colds are no fun, hope you feel better soon.

You don't have to sing.. just dance :) Let me know what you think of them later..

You were right. They ARE a great live band! They're one of those bands that like to talk between songs which I like (my fave German band does that too).

But they did draw out lots of Swedes. Already in the queue outside I heard mostly Swedish. And I wasn't even inside I had to tell the first Swede off. We were at the cloakroom/area and there were two Swedish guys in front of me. Apparently his friend was too slow and he told him to be more German - quick and efficient. That's when I chimed in and told him that we're not always efficient. Funnily enough, he then answered in German "Yeah I know" and added in English that he's Swedish as if this would be any excuse. That's when I told him that apparently Swedish bands draw out lots of Swedes and he said yes they do. I don't know if he then on purpose asked his friend if he wants a Beck's (German beer). :p

The concert was, well, let's call it "intimate". It was definitely not sold out. Maybe 50 to 70 people. Afterwards, they joined the crowd and signed the t-shirts and vinyls they sold there, took pictures and stuff.

PS: Fares was there! Though he already left after an hour and I might or might not have sneakily recorded him while also recording the performance. :D I mean hey he was standing right beside me. But I have to say I thought he was taller the last time I saw him.
And I'm not sure but the rapper from the video we posted last week might have been there too.

Glad you liked the concert. Bravo to you using your skills!

Matias is also in London. He posted a pic with Michael K Williams who's there for Assassin's Creed. All these worlds colliding.

Yeah I know. I thought he might show up. But I didn't expect Fares.
I'd assume Matias knows Michael K. Williams through Joel.

Oh I forgot to tell. At the end when they were finishing up some random guy came up and high-fived me. The Brits and their alcohol. You have to love it.

You have written into two different threads now that you saw fares on that concert. Is not that off topic? Shouldn't Gustafs thread just be about Gustaf and Alex's thread just be about Alex?
i was thinking since you wrote that "why post a pic of him where she's not in it?" In the Alica thread and i thinking why write about something that is not about the subject? which is Gustaf here.
no offense but I just came to think about it when I saw these posts

Gustaf's little rap made the press. SD (rightwing party) is not very happy about Gustaf mocking them, it seems.

In short:

In the video Gustaf spits after rapping that soon every third Swede will vote SD. The video has gone viral and SD has learned of it. SD are of course not positive about the video. They think he's respectless of the party and their voters. The paper then ask if they want to do their own rap :roflmfao::roflmfao::roflmfao: But sadly no - raps are for Skarsgård, they say :laugh::laugh:

Jeez!
First of all, it was of interest in Gustaf's thread because a_sussan asked me about the concert. And secondly, it's known that Buckeye likes Fares so I gave her a little treat while the news on Alex were slow. Sorry that I wasn't indulging in your conspiracy theories about Alex's love life instead. Which was also the topic of my post in Alicia's thread. Not that there were off topics but people indulging in their ridiculous conspiracy theories about actors' relationships. And by keeping it relevant to the thread's topic or at least light one could avoid this.
I'm not sure how a harmless post about Fares has anything to do with this.

I watched the video. I gave me too much 2nd hand embarrassment to finish it.
He needs to stick to acting; we can't all be Tupac. Then again everyone has a right express themselves.
