Anyone have any information about price increases for the UK? I was just browsing the Gucci website and was interested in the Small Swing Tote, one moment it was £685 then ten minutes later it went up to £730! It's not the only item on the website to go up, some SLGs however didn't change price or went up a tiny amount.

My SA just informed me Gucci will have a price increase as of Aug 31. This is due to weak currency. It will be a big jump in price. So anyone who want to get any bag, make sure you do it before the increase.

Thanks for the info. I miss the days when some brands had lower Canadian prices than American prices. Louis Vuitton was one of them. I can't wait for our dollar to go up again.

The Australian dollar is in free fall as well, it's worth about the same as the Canadian dollar. I suspect a price rise may be on the cards for us here too. Does anyone think there's the slightest chance of a price drop if our currencies recover?

Thanks for the Intel. I've been having my eye on something for a while, so I should probably snatch it up really soon. Is this 100% confirmed? Do you know approx how much the increase will be percentage wise?

It's from my SA who I been dealing for awhile. So I trust it is true...she didn't told me the percentage but she mentioned it will be a big jump.

Me too I know some brands did their price adjustment already and suspect others will follow...too bad...did Dior have a big jump in July?
