How long have you had it?
I bought a pre-loved one and it's in great shape except the leather loop has stretched quite a bit and shortly after I started using it, the lining separated at the seams. Would I be able to have it repaired since I didn't buy it directly? Previous owner said it's only 6 months old.
I know you didn't ask me, but thought I'd share my experience. I've had mine for 8 months and it gets used 2-3 days every week and for travel. None of the leather is stretched and my lining still looks new. I do keep my random small bits (charging cord, lip products, cuticle cream etc) in a pouch to keep it clean and organized. Sounds like the previous owner of your bag may have been a bit rough or overstuffed it. Mine is full but not stuffed.
I don't remember when I bought it but it was quite some time ago like when it first came out. 2012 maybe?
Here's some pics on what I mean about it being stretched. Is yours totally as new as the day it was new? I figure it's also from using it to tug the zipper closed. The lining is no big deal - easy fix since it tore at the seams. Yeah, she seemed like she was rough with it because it has a few pen marks inside, or she was dishonest about only having it for 6 months. Can you tell when it was manufactured by the code, like you can with LVs? I got a really good deal ($500 off). I had bought a new one from Holt Renfrew Gucci
and then the next day saw her list hers for sale and thought I save some money. I actually used the savings to fund a new LV wallet

Mine doesn't look like that, but yours doesn't look bad in my opinion and any slight stretching isn't obvious to anyone else. Maybe the previous owner carried something heavy like a camera, lots of coins etc. I think it's probably normal wear and tear for a leather bag. I think you'll be fine if you don't carry heavy items. I don't know enough about Gucci to know if the code indicates anything date related like LV. I'd say you got a good deal on the bag!

I am sure if it wasn't for the fact that I had a brand new one and this pre-loved one together, I wouldn't have noticed the loop stretching. I recently got my black on a great deal! It was full price on mytheresa.com but ****** was doing a 10% cash back. Since it shipped from Germany, I didn't have to pay sales tax for it either. Technically I ended up paying $882. I think that's the best deal possible. Mytheresa is part of the Neiman Marcus group so totally legit! Keep track of ******, they usually have double cash back or the like once in a while. They consistently have 3% cash back on Neiman Marcus or Mytheresa or Farfetch, with the latter two being my favorite because of no sales tax and import duties included. Congrats on your new bag. May I ask you how are your experiences with shopping online at Farfetch?
I have shopped at Farfetch once. Bought a bag and had returned it because of the size. Both progresses went very smooth!
Thank you for letting me know. I haven't bought anything online from farfetch as I'm not too familiar with how the delivery process works once the items are delivered since they are located internationally and I'm in the states .did you have to pay additional fees when you receive the items?
