Just tried again and that approach worked for me! Glad I got a different CS representative. She said a lot of times the codes don't work because of a glitch and you need to call.
Hi @L15abell, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I own the Gucci soho disco bag in the navy blue and I'm afraid it doesn't come with the second strap loop
In fact, if you've seen on many online reviews and read on forums, the missing second strap loop is one of the main design flaws of this otherwise perfect bag. However, just to be fully certain, you might want to check with professional authenticators. If you have evidence to show that the seller sold you a counterfeit purse, you'll have a better chance of getting your money back. Do keep us updated. Best of luck! 
I have two Discos (one black, one red) and neither have a second loop on the strap. So sorry, hope you can get your bag refunded. [emoji853]

Yes I thought so, guess I was just clinging onto that last shred of hope I have emailed the seller and explained my concerns and while they assure me it is authentic they have said they will issue a refund if I send it back so hopefully no money lost! Just a lesson learnt However, a silver lining is by looking through this thread I have discovered the new white and black version of the bag and as I am in the UK can snag it for £640, tempted!! I often feel like a kid in a candy store when I shop in the luxury preloved market, but I also know it pays to do ample research on the item before pulling the trigger. Buying new on the other hand, is a different ballgame altogether! 
I think the newly designed Gucci soho disco bag in white + black looks stunning. A lot more streamlined without the tassel pull. If I didn't already have like a hundred other bags on my wishlist, I'd buy it too.

Hello to everyone! I was curious on any feedback as far as the Gucci Rose Beige / Camellia color. Is it worth purchasing based on the reviews of color transfer? I would love to use this bag even while wearing denim and I am really loving the Camellia color! The red is absolutely beautiful as well but since I'm more of a simple plane jane, I doubt it would go with a lot of my choice of attire! I'm debating between the Camellia and Black. Also, I'm 5'7 and noticed the maximum length of the strap is 21.5" Is Gucci able to punch an extra hole or two for you if needed?

I'm waiting for my order to ship so I don't have the bag yet in person, but I think I saw online that the strap can go to 23"!
Just saw that Saks has a beautiful new emerald green Disco up for pre-order on their site. No tassle though so it's the new model Disco.
Soon to be mine as well! I am new to Gucci bags (have and love some of the shoes!) and after looking at many reds from different houses, I think Gucci has the best one. Enjoy!
