Hi, I bought directly from Gucci's site for the UK for £650. I used the free shipping which was very good. I got an email to say it was dispatched yesterday, and my order arrived today about 20minutes ago.


Seasoned disco soho owners I have a question, my bag doesn't have a leather smell, instead it's chemically plasticish odour. It that normal?

I love the bag, with the slight stitching imperfection on the logo (one stitch is a mm out so looks like an error) just need to check everything else now.

I don't have a seasonal bag, but mine did not smell when I received it in the mail last year and still doesn't have an off odor.

I just received mine from Selfridges and it has a plastic smell too. I also have some stiching problems on the strap- I love the bag but I'm tempted to send it back and get it replaced.

I had this bag once before but I returned it in favor of something else at the time. Anyway, I bought it again a few weeks ago and just started to wear it. So far I'm loving the style. Great for everyday and perfect for nights when you dress up a bit :smile:

I have the same; stitching on the logo is coming already apart and it smells very strange, kind of leather and lots of glue! And I got it yesterday.... Love the bag, but if the logo is falling apart, I'll take it back before warranty runs out.

I've sent mine back as I know I wouldn't be happy, I made a similar mistake when I bought my Chloe Drew bag and still regret that I didn't send it back. I'm going to London in July and I'll purchase one from the store.

What was wrong with your Drew? I am trying to choose between Drew, Disco or the small Gucci soho shoulder bag with chain. It's nice to notice that you too like both of these bags.

I am sorry to hear that Drew's buckle is troubling you. But it is such a pretty bag - my favorite model from Chloe. Thanks for the size comparison with Disco - it helps me with my decision. Is your Drew mini or small size?

However, I think you made the right decision when sending the Disco back. July is almost here so good luck for getting a new one soon!
