My first Gucci and definitely not my last. She is the perfect size and have used her everyday since I got her!

Could anyone with the Fuchsia Disco tell me if it's a versatile colour please, as in wear-with-anything? And is it reasonably no-worry in terms of colour transfer etc?.. I'm in a real dither over it! Gorgeous colour in the shop but will that translate into value for money wearability?
It's great for people who suit strong pinks with a blue undertone or cast. Of you're someone who can wear a blue-pink lipstick this is a bag you will absolutely love.

I just got mine and love the color. I usually wear neutral colors so the bag pretty much goes with everything. It is not a super bright pink, but a true fuchsia with blue undertone. Hth

Hello everybody! I've been a bit naughty while the forum was down... It was actually killing me not to be able to have a peek here, as typically I take months and months of research before I buy a handbag and this was totally purchased on a whim...
I was debating for some time between Gucci Soho Disco and Louis Vuitton Twinset, but I've realized that I'm being influenced by my love for Vuitton and if the bag was from a different brand, I wouldn't look at it twice (no pun intended). The Gucci Soho Disco I just love for what it is and I've just pulled the trigger as I saw that the online department store here offers 10% discount and the price to begin with was too good to be true - I've payed a total of 695 euro for a black Gucci Soho Disco! Crazy!
And now I'm at home, waiting for the bag to arrive (it's supposed to arrive today, which again is crazy fast, as I've just ordered it yesterday). I will officially join the club once I receive her, but I'm totally excited as it is my first Gucci purchase and my first online handbag purchase!

Anyway, my new bag arrived and I'm a bit speechless. The way it looks in real life is amazing but the smell... Oh god, that smell! I just can't get over that smell. I think I find myself converted to Gucci now...
I already want this bag's bigger sister (soho shoulder with chains) and maybe a twin Disco in rose beige! I LOVE the leather quality - it's very soft yet sturdy, very lightweight and the grain texture definitely will make this bag last and not show any scratches. I just really hope it holds well over time as she already is my favorite bag!

Congrats carrie_monroe! I have the Soho Disco in black too and I really want to get another one in a fun colour since most of the bags in my collection are neutral colours. One Soho Disco really isn't enough lol. Btw, since you're looking to get a nude clutch, why don't you consider the Soho Disco with the chain? I would think that if you tuck the chain in the bag, you could get away using it as a clutch and with the chain, you can use it during the day or even just the Soho clutch. My sister has the red version and hers has held up very well plus it holds a ton.
