Question for the disco lovers out there? Do you treat the leather to protect it? Also, do you carry it in the rain?

I have sprayed my bag with scotch guard just for added protection. But I never take my nice bags out in the rain. But because mine is in patent leather, I have a feeling it would hold up well.

I don't treat mine and it has gone under the rain before, luckily w/o damage as I dried it with tissue right after going into shelter.

I purchased my disco bag around late January wasn't even using it that much. one sunny weekend around mid March while walking to the car, part of the strap caught my eyes there were two parts that has started peeling from the glaze , if it wasn't that bright sunlight I don't think I would've noticed the flaws. Gave Gucci an email later that day was told to wait two weeks for the head office in Italy to reply back with an out come. After the two week wait I was offered an exchange in store or full refund via the phone. it's such a perfect everyday bag for me of cause opt for an exchange. ( hmm Im only allowed to upload one photo only)
