Hello, your collection is absolutely beautiful! I’m eyeing the black leather Dionysus with crystals and I was wondering have you ever had any problems with the crystals falling out? I’ve heard stories of people having missing crystals and I’m kinda scared if it’s a quality issue that’s common with this bagI got my first ever Dionysus in December 2020 and since then the family has been growing

Thank you so much! After hearing the reassurances I feel better about the bagNo issues with the crystals. There's definitely no common quality issue with it! They're so tight, there's no way they'll come off
And even if you have an issue with the bag - Gucci will take it back to fix it or replace the bag (dependant what's possible as per the flaw). I have no hesitation to buy anything from Gucci - amazing quality and amazing customer service; so even if there is a problem - they'll deal with it.
