Gucci Dionysus external canvas peeling? :(

That’s good! I stored mine in its dust bag. Yeah I feel the same way about purchasing. I mean when the canvas starts peeling like this, they become just like any other non branded wallet as what I realized.

For me I live in hawaii. A Gucci store is all the way in the next island over. But I did message them about a repair for another item and they said they would repair it. But for the canvas honestly I don’t think there’s anything they can do. but if you find a solution, let me know.!

Even the coated canvas inside the bag became sticky as well
I think there is something wrong with the glue or adhesive used.

I found local bagspa which has experience in repairing gucci canvas, I already dropped my bag to be repaired [they can only change the outer coated canvas, not the inside]. It's been almost 2 months and I'm still waiting for the result.

Please me know what their answer regarding the canvas.

Hi, I just got the bag last weekend.
They replaced the outer coated canvas, although I doubt it is “original”, but at least the bag can be worn now.

Did anyone get a resolution? I bought mine in 2018 and have barely used it the last 4 years, it’s peeling so badly it’s unusable! I took it to Gucci and they’ve said they can’t repair it. At a loss here… I can’t just throw it out?

Had this same thing happen recently… I know this is super old but if you see it, did you end up being able to do anything? Mine is unusable and Gucci won’t help me either so far!
