I know, I heard about them too... sad because I really babied these shoes.
I mean yours does not look that bad though. Barely noticeable. I had to stare at the picture for a bit to see what you were talking about.
Thanks! made me feel a little better! I guess I just have to be more mindful not to rub that side onto something to not worsen the peeling. But obviously that would be hard because when you're walking you will eventually inadvertently rub it onto something..
Mine are scuffed all over I have the same in silver I haven't even had them a year yet and the second time wearing them scuffed all the front I nearly cried.i don't baby my things though I wear them all the time but mine don't look great you would think they were years old.I would like a white pair but darent after how my silver have turned out already
Hi, farfetch, net-a-porter or matchesfashion are all good sites. Have ordered a lot of designer items from those (prada, burberry, gucci, valentino). Snakeskin in general is just more sensitive (I think they’re snakeskin!) - mine’s showing the same scuffmarks, but it’s not really that noticeable unless you stare at it. I used mine on planes and I think they got scuffed because I kept taking them on and offI know, I heard about them too... sad because I really babied these shoes.

Just got my first pair of Ace's! I debated FOREVER about whether to get the classic red & green stripe or navy and red, but my heart wanted navy so badly. I know they aren't as iconic as red & green, I just love the combo of red & navy so much and they will go with basically my entire wardrobe.
For sizing reference, I wear a 9 in Frye's, 39 in Gucci Brixton Loafers, 39.5 in Chloe 'Lauren' Flats. The Ace's I am size 38! Definitely size down.

I am on the same dilemma now on which color to choose. Have you had scuffing issues on the snakeskin tab at the back of your shoes?
I've been wearing my Ace's quite a bit and I've had no scuffing issues at all. In fact, they still look bright white and brand new. I've been overall impressed with the quality and comfort.
