How did you decide in the end? I am on the same page of Chevre vs Togo of Gris T, and can not decide.

Do you know which colur the leather on the bottom under your hand is? (I know it is not colur cards of Hermes but I just wondered.)
Have you seen Togo Gris T in person? If so, how does it compare to Gris T?

Usually the leather pads on H tables are Etoupe.

Hi! I don't know what color that is, but it's the standard leather mat they keep on the counter in the store, so I'm sure you could find out. I briefly looked at the Togo version of Gris T, but I knew I wanted chèvre so I didn't really focus on it enough to give you a solid comparison. I do remember thinking how different the color looked in the different leathers, though, and I personally preferred the chèvre color. Sorry I can't be more help!

Thank you. @QuelleFromage taught me it is Etoupe.
I was able to compare GT in Togo, Chevre (and Clemence) finally. I do not know how to describe exactly, but Togo has a bit more creamy tone IMO. Thank you for your comment !
