How I wish the bag is in the US vs. Canada!!! I've brought bags out of Canada and getting the tax back is a big pain!
I brought back an H bag and an LV bag last year and after I filed my tax refund form, I only received part of the GST for the hotel stay and they informed me that I did not get a refund for the bags because they weren't sure that the bag is really out of Canada! HUH!?!?! I thought that was the reason why a customs official checked the items when I was leaving Toronto!
Anyway, I had to refile - attaching a notarized affidavit with photo to show that the bags did leave Canada. Wouldn't have gone through the hassle except that the refund added up to a pretty penny!
In any case, the croc lindy is one of my SO items so I hope to get it in my greedy little hands soon!

I feel your pain!
Plus, with our Canadian dollar being as strong as it is, I am sure you (or anyone else) who buys in Canada will be overpaying for a bag BIG TIME (even with a tax rebate)!
