It has the absolute best balance of ladylike but casual. Something I've struggled with when considering buying a Kelly. How to get that balance. I love the straps so that would seem the obvious route. Downplaying it with a strap. Very clever.

Yeah. Possibly. I'm currently eyeing a Birkin 35 but a Kelly may well work her way onto the list. If so, she'd be a black with GHW (the B35 is a lighter neutral with PHW) in a day to evening size. Maybe a 32 or 35. Definitely a retourne.

Thank you twin sister! I was hesitate about the palladium hardware since I have been seeing mostly gold on gold hardware on the Instagram. Hubby drove me 4 hours to the Hermes store to check the color in person. Love love the cool tone palladium hardware. The 8+ hours trip worth it! The hardware matches my pairs loafer so well[emoji2]

Even though I'm a GHW fan, I must say that the PHW has a certain chic to it and it has a a more casual vibe that goes well with loafers.

I love the colour but am unsure if I should wait for a K28.

Get the K28! I agree this is a touch too big on you. I LOVE this color, though. I can understand why you're torn!

I am torn! It’s malachite and ghw.
I was also offered B30 in Rose Pourpe but declined that.

Malachite with GHW is on my wishlist too! If your SA can confirm that your store is getting a K28, I would totally hold off for that size. I like the K32 Retourne too, but I think it only looks good hand carried. RP is another favorite of mine too, but I'd pick the Malachite over RP for a bag.

My SA can get me a K25 or K28, but no guarantee it will be a malachite with ghw lol.
My wish list is K25/28 in neutral / Malachite / Magnolia.
I have a B30 Black and Etain and hence unsure if I should go for this K32.
