I find it falls apart really easily. I'm still perfecting it, myself! It adds a nice accent to the bag. I just came back from the city and my Mai Tai insert was waiting for me and it fits perfectly in the bag. I'm very happy with it! No more pouches...

Yes, it is lovely! It looks very pretty on the bag. Which size did you get for your Mai Tai? I’m still deciding whether to use an insert and which to use. I read some insert do leave a dent on the bag.

Hi, hon! I got the size designated for my bag - a K28 sellier and it fits great! I highly recommend her inserts. They have never left a dent in my bag(s) (I have since sold my B35), but nevertheless, they are very soft.
