Honestly, I had two sleepless nights wondering if I made an error in the size (too big, too heavy?) and PHW vs GHW. However, when I opened the box I realized I made the absolutely perfect decision!! You can't have one bag serve all your needs and I have to say this K35 is smaller than many bags I carry everyday. This is perfect for my needs. I also worked with a great reseller that answered all my questions, provided the original receipt and has a return policy. (excuse the tag in the photo I have two days to return if I want to but the tag needs to stay intact). Doubt it will be leaving my side but keeping the on just in case for the next couple of days). This is my first Kelly. I really wanted to buy it through the boutique, but despite so many purchases, my SA ignored my request for this bag.

You made the right decision! It looks great and will be so perfect for every season, especially summer/fall, so it is great timing. It looks brand new! I have the exact same specs in my Kelly :)

Thank you I feel I got lucky in many ways. Yes it is in amazing condition, I am grateful for this first experience. Oh that's wonderful, I hope you are enjoying your K35 as much as I am :)

I've finally been able to turn my Kelly into an everyday bag! Attaching a strap was one thing, the most important was to make opening and closing the flap less fiddly. So now I've always got the side straps held in the turn clasp and have the top flap loosely covering the opening. This way I can easily open the flap and reach in without needing to lift my knee and fidget with the clasp. The opening is still wide enough that you can put things in and take things out quite easily. I'm sure I'm super late to the party for this but I'm just happy that I can take it out and about without a big fuss now! :yahoo:

I should've done it before! A picture is worth 1000 words. Since I wear it on a strap, the flap will stay covered as the back is against my body. This is a 35 so it's pretty easy for me to use it even with the straps in the clasp. If I'm in crowded places, for safety reasons, I can just put the flap into the clasp on top of the side straps. Even when worn on the arm the flap has enough pressure from the handle to stay down and cover the opening so your bag doesn't look too floppy. It's not the classic way to have the K, but definitely the most practical for me.IMG_3586.JPG
