Alexa67, my SA said she will ask her manager as the hold period is too long. Chances should be low.
My hometown does not have online site or anything.
Are the specs exactly something you know you want? If so then ask for some payment/ deposit option to secure the bag for you. Or can you get family there to help?
I never made it at Hermes, but with other companies like Chanel, Lancel Paris worked it very well. They gave me an account no. (perhaps from the headquater) and a reiceipt no. I sent the money and they sent it to me or I picked up it a while later. The problem is that's will make some work, but dont give up to ask for possibilities. Thats for me the minimum of client service!!!
periogirl28, she got me what I wanted in terms of color and leather. Not sure is it Sellier or Retourne Kelly. She has knocked off and will check for me tomorrow. I did not expect it will arrive so early as she helped me put up the request last Thursday only! I really do not know if I should be happy or sad now. [emoji28][emoji28][emoji28]

Thank you for all the good wishes but I guess I have to let it go this time cos they do not allow wiring of funds etc in my home. Though I do feel sad but I believe there will be one that will come my way soon.
I gave her the date I will be back in home and she will put up another request for me. If not, she will try to look out for a K28 in other nice color for me.
I have a very nice SA and I'm blessed to meet her only mid this year! She has prayed very hard for me this time and I feel bad actually. [emoji4]
I asked for Black Kelly 28. I have no preference in leather but my SA suggested Epsom as it will be more structured. She also proposed Sellier to me. [emoji23]
