Yes leooh this is the exact piece. It's a vintage of 29years old but it has been recently sent to Hermes to be spa-ed and the whole handle given a new one and the hooks have been changed to double-hook. Personally I love the "clean" look of vintage single hook but for practicality purpose, double hook works better since the clasps of the belt will have freedom of movement therefore equates to a more comfortable wear and likely i will feel less paranoid that the clasps may scratch the leather. This is my personal observation.

Wow, I didn't know that they'll put on the double hooks when replacing a vintage handle. The handle of my vintage Chamonix Kelly will have to be replaced someday, so this is good to know -- thanks!
