For owners of the Neo boots... how have they held up? I was reading @Monceau 's post that the soles are thinner and don't have as great construction.

I'm the sort to always apply vibrams on the soles. So long as the soles are sewn, not / not just glued on, I seem to be able to extend the lifespan of my shoes until something else gives way.

Would that be the case for the Neo boots, or could the soles give way?

Thanks!

I was told by an SA to do the vibrams on that style to extend the life. I did put them on my Frenchies and I feel so much more comfortable wearing them with the extra protection.

I have the Neo and do not wear them often. They are super comfortable but the soles did become quickly thin on mines.

Hi! For those who have the Volver boots do you think these fit/look ok? These are size 38, not sure if they look too loose around my ankles as the toe box is already a bit tight…do these stretch?

Thank you!

Just want to shout out the volver ankle boots - I was in mine today for the entire day and walked a lot and they were sooooo nice and easy to walk in. I was actually convinced to buy them when I noticed my SA wearing a pair, and I asked her if the heels are ok with her being on her feet all day, and she told me they were absolutely comfortable and she was right!!

For anyone thinking about heeled boots from H and want something that will be easy to wear (in the literal sense) I highly recommend them.

Hi there. I got this pair but decided to size 1/2 size down to lessen the “wrinkling” of the fabric. But now thinking of going up to my regular size to make it less snug. Did you keep this size or did you decide to size down?

Hi @k7r3n. I know this question was for @Tiffyshops. I just wanted to share that I own both the Volver 60 and the Fontaine 60 Boots (which are basically the taller version of the volver). I normally wear 36 in boots but I purchased the Volver a size down in 35.5 to wear barefoot (no socks) and the Fontaine are a size up in size 36.5 to wear with socks. And they fit perfectly. I hope this helps

Thank you @PrayersandPurses! Very helpful. Does the fabric stretch over time? I am normally a 37.5 but got the 37 on this which works, snug but not uncomfortable. If I get my TTS, there will be extra fabric and I worry it might loosen more over time.

@k7r3n I don't feel like mine have stretched but I think you made the right decision going a size down if you don't plan on wearing them with socks. The 35.5 are too tight for me with socks, and the 36.5 are too loose without socks.
