The heel description says 9mm but they look taller to me eye via stock pic. Are they doable/wearable?

I'm not looking for another pair of slouchy/semi slouchy. Do they fit well around the ankle?

I tried them on in store over jeans. The leg wasn’t as fitted as I would like and I worried they might fit a little slouchy with bare legs or leggings. I wish this style wasn’t a pull on style and had a zipper so it could be made just a bit more streamlined in the calf. But they might just be a little loose in the ankle and not slouch much with bare legs? It’s probably better for u to try on in store to see if/how slouchy these boots would be on u.

The boots were true to size for me. I was able to pull the boots on easily over my legs even with jeans on and I don’t have thin calves either.
