Hi there, I also have the same pandora in second row right side. Do you rmb what this leather is called? It is calf leather, but it's neither pebbled nor wrinkled. I got it in 2012/ 2013.

I believe you care for distressed leather in same way you would with other leathers - I've been using Bick4 Leather conditioner on my distressed leather pandora and am able to keep it looking exactly the way I bought it. Distressed leather is leather which is made to look aged by scratching or chemical method.I love the distressed leather, too! This bag is just so coolIf anyone has any recommendations how to care properly for it - please let me know
This is an interesting question you ask, when I purchased the blue bag preloved, I did 2 third party authentications and one resulted in a fake outcome, one said authentic. I requested the company I purchased off to redo their assessment, so after being authenticated by 3 out of 4 specialists, the bag was deemed authentic. I had so many questions, the bag, the type of leather, the "plastic smell" etc. They kindly answered all my questions and I kept the bag in the end, have you noticed the leather structure of this bag is softer - which made me think it was fake. It totally sits differently to the other calf leather pandoras i own. Anyway, long story short, it was explained to me that the leather of this style is specially treated to create a "wrinkled" effect. So that's why it looks different to the distressed leather pandora, it's a different treatment and not pebbled and not exactly distressed. I completely understand your question! I had the same exact ones. I hope this helps fellow Pandora fan.

I am looking to increase my Pandora family but have yet to find something that I like.
I bought mine from Luisa Via Roma in 2013 so it's for sure authentic, however, I just don't see many of this bag and have trouble identifying the exact leather. There was a asian lady on Purseforum who had one and posted lots of in action pics during 2012/2013. This bag is not the wrinkled or pebbled version, it's thick leather and very durable which is why I got it. I didn't like the papery wrinkled leather that was released at the same time.
I remember seeing this in-store. It's not the regular panda, it is the men's messenger version of it.
Ah I see, yes I agree I couldn't find any information on it online, which is why I had so many third party authentication assessments on it. It was confirmed that the bag was from 2012/13 collection from the assessment, so that matches your purchase date. Although I feel that this leather on my bag isn't particularly thick, especially the straps compared to my distressed leather ones. Mine for some reason the leather feels thin, like thin enough to not be able to hold its own shape without stuffing - which is different to all the other pandoras I have. It's interesting that this style isn't seen often (it was the only one I could find on resale market in HK for a long time), do you think it was limited release or the availability was just cut short?
What do you guys think of the rose camo pattern? Do you think $440 taxes included is a good price?
