If she really thought of Jack as her "bonus child" she wouldn't have used their last names in the book dedication. Jack Moynahan, Benjamin BRADY, Vivian BRADY.
I can't stand her.
I'm not sure what people see in Giselle's face. I must not see whatever it is.
I agree. She doesn’t even register on my radar- as a mother, fashion icon or anything else, for that matter...and her husband makes me want to punch the television.

And did you see how she put her own name as Gisele Bundchen on the cover? Like she doesn't want to be associated with any of them and just had to rub it in. The nerve of that woman.

^^ I also just think the term "bonus child" is kind of hurtful on its face, like you don't really belong you're an add on. Such a strange way to phrase it.
Gisele didn't invent the (very common) term bonus child, but the person who did was attempting to create a destigmatized term for "step-child" that portrayed step-parenting as a blessing rather than a burden. Which is how most people view the term.

Gisele has said many times that Jack is her son and that she loves him exactly as much as she would if she had delivered him, and every time she says it she is ripped to shreds for attempting to usurp and offend Bridget Moynahan.

I get a kick out of Gisele because she says and does so much stupid ****, but I have no doubt that Jack is happy, accepted, and loved by everyone in the Brady household.

It makes you wonder. Some celebrities definitely feed off of the adulation from their fans and they become attention-seeking missiles. When they constantly tell everyone how great they are they get that attention in abundance. Kayne is guilty of this. Over the years he's rarely missed an opportunity to remind us of what a genius he believes he is.
Michael Jackson started calling himself the king of pop and everyone went along with it. Except with Kanye, people are mocking him, right?

I read a Vogue interview with Giselle ages ago, when she was still dating Leo DiCaprio, and I remember thinking, if she wasn't so beautiful, she'd be lucky to get work at minimum wage somewhere.

Michael got criticism at the time when he apparently insisted MTV refer to him as the king of pop whenever they’d shown his videos. That MTV would go along with his demand shows just how much the power Michael held in the music industry back then.

Unlike most people who try to choose their own nickname or title, in Michael’s case it did stick.

Hasn't Gisele always gone by her maiden name? I honestly don't follow her story very closely but don't remember people ever calling her Gisele Brady. If I authored a book I would use whatever name I am famous for, make it easier for people to locate and buy. I think it was silly to put last names with the children's names, they are all your kids, it's more personal without last names.

Like a lot of people I like Gisele as a model and when she does work with her charities. When she puts her foot in her mouth, I think she isn't too bright and is way too self absorbed but it's just a guess. I don't know her personally.

Gisele Bündchen Says She Used Her Breast Milk As a Cure-All When Her Kids Were Little

Breast milk can do it all!

“My kids never got sick when I was breastfeeding,” Gisele Bündchen recently told PEOPLE, explaining that she found breast milk to be “a magical thing.”

“If they had something in their eyes, I’d put milk in their eyes. Before their flight, I would get a dropper and put milk up their nose … to [ward off] the bacteria on the plane,” the supermodel recalled.

As her breast milk kept coming in handy, Bündchen, 38, shared that when it came time for her to stop nursing, she actually kept a stockpile of frozen milk to use for various home remedies.

“My pediatrician said, ‘If you could bottle [it], this would be like the perfect medicine for everything,’ so I actually had a bunch frozen after I stopped breastfeeding,” she continued, adding that she would even use the breast milk in her children’s cereal.

“I mean, I was one crazy person,” the mother of two admitted, laughing, “but I felt like it was such a gift that I had.”

Bündchen went on to share that while she breastfed her and husband Tom Brady‘s 8½-year-old son Benjamin Rein for “19 to 20 months,” she kept nursing their daughter Vivian Lake, 5½, for just a bit longer.

“It wasn’t continuous,” she explained, adding that women have to make these decisions “for yourself and for the baby.”

“You don’t want to just stop because you’re producing so much,” Bündchen continued.

While the supermodel went on to call breastfeeding “the most wonderful experience of my life,” she admitted that pumping “was very hard.”

“I actually had a hard time,” Bündchen remarked, explaining that the process was difficult for her sisters as well.

“[One of my sisters] couldn’t produce enough milk and so it was very challenging for two of them to breastfeed and I was so grateful that I was able to,” she told PEOPLE. “I felt like it was a big gift that I was given to be able to do that.”

During the interview, Bündchen also revealed that after years of being known for her body, her self-esteem took a hit when, after nursing her children, she realized her breasts were smaller than before — and slightly uneven.

“I was always praised for my body and I felt like people had expectations from me that I couldn’t deliver [on],” she explained. “I felt very vulnerable because I can work out, I can eat healthy, but I can’t change the fact that both of my kids enjoyed the left boob more than the right. All I wanted was for them to be even and for people to stop commenting on it.”

In her new memoir, Lessons: My Path To a Meaningful Life, the famously private Bündchen reveals that in 2015, she discreetly went under the knife for a breast augmentation. And while she immediately regretted the decision, her New England Patriots quarterback husband was a constant source of support.

“He just said, ‘I love you no matter what’ and that I looked beautiful,” she said of Brady, 41. “This was definitely another lesson: What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. But I wish I would have learned that a different way.”

I actually like her...but she does suffer from foot in mouth.
She doesn't realize how she comes off, but part of me even likes that. She is clearly obtuse, but I do think she means well. Frankly, much of what she says about health is spot on.
I know I am envious of her resources to live the healthy life that she does.

In general, the breastfeeding should be enough to give their immune system that extra boost, no? Is breast milk in the nose and eyes really that necessary? To each I guess, culturally we have natural remedies that we use in the Caribbean that is considered odd to some of my American friends so whatever works....not like it's going to harm them.

I'm happy she has something else to talk about so she can stay out of football.
