The changes in Gisele's facial features were subtle but noticeable as she smiled while helping her children onto the tarmac, after claims emerged she had undergone both a boob job and eye lift.
Dressed in baggy jeans and a loose top, the former Victoria's Secret Angel kept any alterations to her figure under wraps.
The Brazilian sensation wore her brunette hair in flowing waves over her shoulders, but her eyes and forehead were nonetheless noticeably line free.

Bündchen, who is married to NFL star Tom Brady, allegedly had operations on her eyes and breasts, which she was concerned had 'sagged' following her two pregnancies, the Post reports.
The sources said the procedures cost Bündchen - who retired from the world of modelling earlier this year - a huge $11,000, and were meant as a 35th birthday and retirement present to herself.
The sisters also clearly did not do their research on the culture, as they were both seen wearing open-toed sandals in the photos, which some Muslim women consider inappropriate in public.
Additionally, France has banned the wearing of burqas in public spaces since 2010. Following the pictures' publication, Bündchen was criticized and accused of misappropriating the burqa.
'Shes not doing it for Islam. This is very bad,' Imam Muhammad Abdullah Kamal Al-Azhari of the Astoria Islamic Center in Queens told Page Six. 'Shes wearing a holy thing for a bad purpose.'
Residents of the city also expressed their anger, with one commenting on a French website; 'To be photographed in a burqa is ridiculous!!!! Especially since it is forbidden in France to wear it!!!!'

The women then packed and left the hotel again - this time for a five-day retreat to the exclusive Les Sources de Caudalie spa.

News of the undercover operation came just one day after the NFL decided to uphold a suspension against New England Patriots Brady, whom Bündchen married in 2009.
Brady will be suspended for four games for his role in the Deflategate scandal.
The family certainly won't be struggling for money during Brady's time off the field though, as Bündchen herself made $47million last year, earning her the title of highest-paid model.

but how stupid of her to do it in France where it's illegal! And open toe shoes are not forbidden to covered women, so that doesn't mean anything. Is her driver working for her exclusively?
