I bought a bag a few months ago, and returned it. I just didn’t like the quality.
I get it. The problem is, they won’t even let me return the bag for free. They think that it’s just me and my standards that thinks there is a problem. For me, where is quality control? They should at least acknowledge that these are issues. But for them, when I contacted them, they said it’s just me who thinks there is a problem. Such poor customer service. I’m from Canada so I need to worry about shipping and taxes again when in fact it’s their quality control issue that should have been addressed in the first place and should have not been sold to us customers.It was a little thing for me, guess I'm too picky.I hated the hardware. It literally Felt like plastic that had been spray painted gold. I would have probably kept it though, but the way it had been packaged, there was a prominent crease right in front of the bag, so I returned it. I thought I'd give them another try, so I did buy a small wallet and pouch at 60% off during their recent winter sale. I didn't have any issues like what you've shown. The leather is just okay. We will see how they wear over time. If I ever order from them again it will just be SLGs, not sure if that's even worth it though.
I haven’t seen that because I was not the one who unpacked them. But also, there is no warning elsewhere. They should have said that in the website winter sale if that’s the case.I was surprised when I received my order last week. The little paper with the return instructions says “Products sold at a discount of 40% or greater are considered final sale and may not be returned” Well that was news to me! I didn’t see that listed anywhere when I was looking at the winter sale items. Maybe it’s just me, but did you see that warning? Now that I’m remembering that I won’t be ordering from them again.
