Hermes Geta Thread

Wife is loving the look of the Geta bag since it’s been on H.com. Looks a bit like a Constance but very different. I looked here but haven’t seen details nor any info on how long the strap is or anything of the sort. Anyone happen to have any good information to share?

Do a tag search on IG and you can find a few photos...I think they JUST started landing in customers' hands in the past week or two. Not nice of H to offer such a cute teaser for a bag with no other photos to browse

I dug through old pictures to find this. I’m not sure it entirely helps but I did remember the canvas strap being adjustable, so I think it’ll have the 80-120cm range for cross body wear.

IMHO, one of the best bags that Hermes makes. It’s a casual crossbody with a fully adjustable strap. Magnetic closure for ease of access and the mysore leather looks really good in this style. I’ll post pictures when we get home.

I haven’t measured it, but it is either 21 or 22cm. Fully adjustable attached strap that cannot be removed. Pretty spacious inside. Two credit card size pockets on front side and a non-zippered full length pocket on back side. Looks identical on both sides when closed. The flap closes into the front H where it stays closed because of magnets. Awesome bag.

Thanks so much for the early feedback! The strap looks canvas, is that right? does it stand up nicely on that H buckle clasp?

Strap is canvas, bag is mysore. The H hardware are the feet of the bag so it stands perfectly evenly since the hardware doesn’t move.
