I think nose work plus some smoothing and tightening, maybe fat graft
If you lose that much weight, you need to add fat back to the face, cheeks, jaw, lips
It might just be the wrong outfit and a bad photo, but she looks really off, which is rare for her. She usually has great style and carries herself well.
i like that dress with the purple spiky plumage at the bottom. Where else can you wear a dress like that. That's a wear once type of gown.

she's smart....I think that was a big part of the attraction. but hopefully she is also kind and they really love each other
Yes, as I said, he's in awe of her. He admires her, it almost seems as if he is intimidated by her which may be why he sounds awkward and a bit faltering in her presence.
I think he adores her and not just her brains but by her aesthetic qualities and physical appearance.
She immediately changed her name to his and became famous to those outside the legal world.... and immediately did that Hollywood transformation thing. Don't know what else to say about her. Other than that dress at the palace was a bit too bare, as I previously said.
She took to the celebrity lifestyle like a duck to water. She has embraced all of the perks and advantages it gives her but it came at a price. Fixation over her appearance and concern about her image became of paramount importance.
