My local boutique in Illinois just placed an order for me for the bunny tote. They said only 5 stores were expected to get the items, and they were not one of them. That surprised me since this boutique is in a pretty high-end mall. - Anyway, just got a call from the boutique in San Francisco that received the order to fulfill. They said they didn't have the inventory yet. And she asked about my CC... when my boutique already took the order and emailed me the receipt. Hmmm...


Anyway, fingers crossed.

There were 400 made of the US version of the bunny tote. (As opposed to only 3 to 5 made of the Colette version) I am sure there are some left and you will get one. :smile1:

I think I'm going to pass on the fobs. And this may be the only Coach I buy this year. (Trying to cut back... my accessories room is full. It's a good *problem* to have.)

Anyone know what is actually going on with this release? I just called Coach and they assured me that ALL the leather fobs are already sold out! I thought they weren't available yet?? He said they aren't even going to be fulfilled from the stores, because they are showing negative quantity. Have all the re-sellers bought them all already? WTF!

What? I was told by an online chat associate that they were not available for purchase yet. That was yesterday. I wish we all could get some accurate info!! 😡😡Please let me know if you hear anything else!

I'll call back tomorrow and ask again. But this guy I talked to was certain they are sold out. So unless stock was set aside for the online launch, this will be Snoopy all over again.

I am skeptical that they are sold out, just because we had people try to order them a while ago and SAs who are on top of things not be able to order them for people yet. I think (hope) they are just not available. I feel like someone here would have done a reveal or they would have popped up on eBay had they previously been available.

What style of feather fob is it? The new teal one, or something else?

They are wrong. They have just not arrived yet. It is unfortunate that you talked to someone that does not know what they are talking about.


After I purchased the Buster tote, I called back 2 hours later and a different person tried to tell me they are sold out and not available, and that I would not get one. She said that there are not any in the warehouse. Mine shipped and it is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. I let her know that she was wrong and did not know what she was talking about. She then got smart with me and said that I was the reason it showed a negative amount available. I just hung up and called back.


When I did order the buster tote earlier this week there were approximately 40 available. Two of the people that I spoke to did not even know what Baseman meant when I mentioned it. I did get one guy that was awesome and knew everything. I was able to order the bunny tote, 3 of the t-shirts, and the 3 leather key fobs. You actually have to be persistent and just try again if you are not happy with the answer. When I called one time, I was told that I could not order the leather key fobs. I hung up and called back, and placed an order for all 3.
