I gave up and cancelled my order after there had been a charge on my debit card for 125.96 all month with no word 😒
A month? That's just crazy. I gave up on it too. I'm happy with my 3...2 metal Buster and 1 Hare Ray
They disappeared off the website whereas the other items say Out of Stock. Maybe they weren't made. You may be right.
I check the website...yup definitely was not made. All that advertising and waiting yielded nothing.
I haven't heard anymore about the leather fob, since mine was placed on back order some time ago. Hopefully everyone, who ordered it will receive it, and that they are actually produced.
So an interesting idea.: one of the SA at my store thinks it may be stuck on the west coast LA at port. Apparently the port is shut down due to strike, dispute or whatever it is. And the items are coming from China so it makes sense.
My thing is: if that's the case coach can simply email customers or update the website to reflect this. Why have people in limbo?

I called my SA and he is wondering what is going on. Hopefully soon we will get what we ordered. if I hear anything I will definitely update the board

Yes! From mid Jan. to the other day! I got my wild beast Swagger and I'm incredibly happy with it. I guess that will be my only purchase from the Baseman stuff unless I find a metal Buster on eBay at a later time.

I just received my Buster folio after a very long weather delay. I am beyond thrilled. The quality is top notch. The only letdown was the absence of a dust bag. Was this an oversight on The part of Macy's or does it just not include one? Interested to hear from those of you who snagged one directly from Coach. I feel like a limited edition piece should have a sleeper bag. 8/
