I love how in her discription she explains a NWOT item means it "looks new" ! I always thought NWOT was supposed to be NEW, like never worn!
It is supposed to mean that, it's clearly defined in eBay's rules.
But people seem to want to make up their own definitions.
I saw one today where a bag was described as being in "Mint Condition" and there were scuffs, marks and stains clearly visible in the photos.
