Full or half eternity?

Go with the eternity! Just buy it a half size up if youre going to wear it below your ering. Thats what i did and i have no regrets. The eternity band is sooo much more luxe that a 5 or 10 stone ring

I agree with Trulyadiva here. Princess cut 3/4 eternity if you can is my vote. It would be stunning. A half eternity if it fits tight will stay "up" but you'll probably want some room for the occasional shrinking/swelling of the fingers due to weather etc. and it will spin unless you solder them together. If you are going to do that, then get a half band. A 3/4 allows for some "spin" flexibility (and as others have said, sizing) so the stones are more likely to face up. I would also choose a band with smaller stones on the eternity. The smaller stones will enhance the look. Larger ones tend to compete with rather than compliment the solitaire. As Ame said, the setting of the stones on the eternity should also factor into your decision as some settings will rub and wear more than others. Try on a variety of settings and stone sizes if you can before you decide. Some settings will grate and feel rough on your adjoining fingers as well as grating against the solitaire setting.
